"There's nothing I'd change - the importance of a good mechanic is second only to the importance of a good partner (in marriage).  I've always found the people in charge of the Auto Tech Center in Woodstock to be extremely honest - that's why I drive from Lake Geneva, WI to have my car serviced there.  A neighbor told me I needed a pair of new tires.  I went to Auto Tech and told them I needed a pair of tires - 10 minutes later they called me up to the desk and told me that my tires were fine and didn't need replacing.  How many auto service places would be so honest?  It's not the first time I've encountered that kind of 'honesty' at Auto Tech."

"I went to this center twice today with different cars.  I don't know why I wasn't using this store before.  Easy in and out and I don't have to leave my car the whole day for just an oil change like at the dealership.  Not to mention the price is great!  I am definitely going to use them for my routine maintainence needs!  Thanks.

"I have come to this center for the last 10 years and I have always been more than satisfied with the staff and quality of their work. They have always been very honest, informative, and patient with explaining things I don't understand.  I will never forget the one time I brought a car in to have the tires looked at and the technician would not let me leave without replacing one of the tires as it was ready to blow and I was driving with my small kids in the car.  That kind of quality care is rare nowadays. This is one of the best tech centers in the area of where I live."

After hearing great things about this facility, I drove all the way from Roselle, IL to have my noisy car diagnosed and repaired here. The mechanics were extremely knowledgeable, and the customer service was excellent. There was no pressure to purchase additional services, and upon discovering what the problem with my car was, the supervisor contacted me to fully explain the issue in terms that made sense. They did not initiate any repairs without receiving my approval, which I really appreciate. The customer service exceeded my expectations. I will continue to drive out of my way to ensure that I have great service in the future.
